BRAND IDENTITY UPMARKET PETS
Responsibilities: Creative Concept / Design and Development / Illustration / Taking the design through to Print and Online Media
The brand identity of the Kirby Group’s retail store, Upmarket Pets, was redesigned to make it more distinguishable as a pet brand. Because the store is in close proximity to Melbourne’s iconic Vic Market, an association between the two is often made. To build upon this association the Market’s logo was kept in mind with Upmarket Pet’s redesigned logo.
To distinguish the pet branding aspect a large sized paw was used. The original brand colours were kept. The redesigned brand identity was followed through onto business cards, magnets, print ads, customer information brochures & general in-store promotional material.
